Take control of safety in warehouse traffic.

In a warehouse, forklifts and people on foot constantly cross the same ground. Noise, limited visibility and time pressure all push up the risk of a collision.
TSafety warning lights draw a real safety zone in light around the truck — before anyone gets too close.

What is the TSafety Red Zone / Spot / Beam system?

These are industrial LED warning systems mounted directly on the forklift. They project a sharp line, arc or spot of light onto the floor, marking the boundary a pedestrian should not cross.

Red Zone, Blue Spot and Line Beam technologies are used in warehouses and production plants worldwide, and they complement TSafety anti-collision systems well.

How do the warning lights work?

The LED lamps mount on the truck frame and:

  • cast a bright beam shaped as a line, an arc or a spot,
  • create a visible warning zone around the vehicle,
  • catch the eye of pedestrians and operators instantly,
  • switch on automatically as soon as the truck starts,
  • work regardless of noise or ambient lighting.

The system fits most forklift models (Toyota, Linde, Jungheinrich, Still, Yale and others), so a whole fleet can be equipped quickly.

Key benefits

  • a clearly marked safety zone around the truck,
  • lower risk of a pedestrian being struck,
  • effective warning no matter how loud the floor is,
  • fast, simple fitting with no changes to the vehicle frame,
  • built for tough warehouse conditions (IP67),
  • can be integrated with TSafety anti-collision systems,
  • works the moment the vehicle starts.
