TSDOCK – an AI system that keeps the truck from pulling away mid-operation
During loading or unloading, one mistake is all it takes to cause a serious accident. The truck driver cannot see what is happening inside the warehouse. A lapse in attention or a missed signal is enough for the driver to pull away while a forklift is still inside the trailer.
TSDOCK removes that risk.
An AI camera system watches whether the wheel chock is correctly positioned under the tire. If the chock is moved, removed or blocked from the camera’s view, a light and sound alarm goes off inside the warehouse straight away. Operators get a clear hazard signal before the situation turns dangerous.
As an option, the system can prevent the door from opening while the chock is out of position (once integrated with the door controls).
